An Air India Express Boeing 737, coming from Dubai, crashed on Friday when landing at Calicut Airport, in India.
On landing, the Boeing 737 went off the runway and broke apart. Various Indian media report that dozens of passengers did not survive the disaster. There have been no official annoucements on the matter.
On board the aircraft were mainly Indianworkers who were repatriated from The United Arab Emirates to India after a lockdown in the UAE. In total there would have been 184 passengers and 7 crew members on board.
