Launched in 2020, Flying Insight aims to be one of the world’s main aviation news websites. The company was founded by Sytse Sijbesma and Florimond de Rooy, two Dutch aviation journalists. Our main goal is to create a platform for all those who love to read, watch, tell and share stories about the wonderful world of aviation.
When Otto Lillienthal and the Wright Brothers started flying, the aviation industry was small and comprehensible. Many years on, however, there is a maze of information to navigate through in order to stay up to date with what is going on in today’s aviation world.
By offering free and independent journalism, Flying Insight hopes to change this forever. Every day, we select and write the most important and interesting news items. Just for you, our readers.
